Upload past InHouseSummary CSV files to build history. Select the report date for each file — upload one at a time to simulate day-by-day data.

Upload past InHouse Report XLSX files (the current SynXis format) to build length-of-stay history. Select all of them at once — the report date is auto-detected from each file, both hotels for the same day are merged, and the Long Term Guests analysis re-runs when done.

Manually add or flag guests that should be tracked. These override automatic detection.

Teach the app each brand's report once: upload a sample, click cells/columns to bind them to revenue/taxes/payments/occupancy fields, and save. Saved mappings parse future files of that format.

Map Gmail email subjects to report types. Use the Gmail Explorer above to find and assign the right emails (Set as… saves instantly).

Long-stay InHouseSummary email mapped per property. In the Gmail Explorer above, use Set as → 🛏️ In House Summary · <property> to link an email. The most recently linked subject drives the daily long-stay fetch.
