Drop forecast XLSX files โ Wyndham sphForecast (Days Inn / Super 8) and/or HotelKey Occupancy Forecast and History (Candlewood / Motel 6 / Studio 6). For each HotelKey property drop both its MT (current month) and 90D (next 90 days) files โ they merge into one continuous series. Drop everything together to build one snapshot across every property.
Night thresholds for the 4 tiers (ascending) plus the alert level. Applies to every property unless a property sets its own in Setup Properties. A guest is emailed/flagged when their total nights reach the Alert value.
Fallback list โ used for any long-stay report with no specific recipients set below. If this is empty too, reports default to revhitesh@gmail.com.
Choose who receives each long-stay email. All Reports recipients get every report. A report with no recipients here falls back to the Report Recipients list above.
